What's Involved in Our Karting Program

Our 12-week Strength and Conditioning program combines injury prevention with performance enhancement, providing you with a holistic approach to karting excellence. Led by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, our weekly sessions will develop the building blocks necessary to enhance your mental, physical, and functional stamina.

When you sign up for the 12-week program, you’ll receive at-home Recovery Packs to support your training and ensure optimal recovery between sessions. We offer both Individual and Group consultations to cater to your specific needs and preferences.

Program Pricing:

  • 12-week program: $1200
  • Hourly session: $110 – rebate on your private health insurance
  • Group sessions (5 per class): $75 – rebate on your private health insurance

About our team

Nick DolibasicNick Dolibasic 

Nick is both an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist who completed his degree at the Queensland University of Technology. With over 4 years of industry experience, Nick has spent time working as a performance coach with young athletes as well as working as an EP treating people with various musculoskeletal injuries or chronic conditions. In his own time, Nick is a passionate sportsman and enjoys boxing, football and racing.  Nick enjoys a challenge and is eager to assist anyone wanting to achieve their health or performance goals. 

Jack KippinJack Kippin

Jack is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist specialising in high performance and neck injuries, as well as other acute musculoskeletal injuries. With 3 years of experience in the field, he has developed a deep understanding of the human body and the many ways it can be affected by injury and strain.

Jack has past experience with Semi-Professional athletes through the Brisbane Rugby League competition and Queensland Independent Secondary Schools Netball Tournament and takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, taking into account each person’s unique needs and goals in order to achieve optimal goals.

As a physiotherapist, Jack has a growing passion for neck injuries and rehabilitation which is common in competitive motorsport and is committed to providing top-quality care to each individual.
